Deine täglichen Aufgaben

Du begeisterst potenzielle Kunden aus Italien für unsere digitalen Produkte und Lösungen am Telefon
Als Telesales-Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) pflegst du bestehende Kundenbeziehungen, entwickelst sie strategisch weiter und nutzt aktiv Cross- & Up-Selling-Potenziale
Du erkennst eigenständig offene Potenziale und wandelst sie in Abschlüsse um – genau das, was einen starken Vertriebsmitarbeiter (m/w/d) auszeichnet.

Du sprichst Italienisch auf Muttersprachenniveau und verfügst über gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

Your daily tasks

You inspire potential customers from Italy for our digital products and solutions – over the phone and via video.
As a Telesales Representative (m/f/d), you support and further develop existing customer relationships (cross- and up-selling).
You independently identify untapped potential and turn it into closed deals – exactly what defines a strong sales professional (m/f/d).

What we expect from you

You are passionate about sales and motivated to improve every day.
As a communicative Telesales Agent (m/f/d), you know how to win people over and inspire them.
You communicate actively, persuasively, and confidently – both verbally and in writing.
You speak Italian at a native level and have good spoken and written German skills.
