Während deiner Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration (m/w/d) wirst du Teil unseres Online-Server-Teams und erhälst einen tiefen Einblick in professionelle IT-Umgebungen. Du lernst, wie Netzwerke aufgebaut werden, wie Serverarchitekturen funktionieren und wie IT-Security in der Praxis umgesetzt wird. Dabei arbeitest du von Anfang an aktiv an realen Projekten und erlebst hautnah, wie wir unser digitales Ökosystem betreiben, weiterentwickeln und absichern.

Im Verlauf deiner dreijährigen IT-Ausbildung durchläufst du verschiedene IT-Bereiche, vertiefst dein technisches Verständnis und wirkst direkt an der Optimierung und Wartung unserer Systeme mit. Schritt für Schritt entwickelst du dich zu einem Spezialisten für Systemadministration, IT-Betrieb und Infrastruktur.

Deine täglichen Aufgaben

Du unterstützt bei der Administration unserer Serverlandschaft (Linux, Windows, MacOS).
Du setzt Virtualisierungstechnologien ein und automatisierst Installationsprozesse.
Du konfigurierst und wartest Server, Netzwerke, Firewalls und VPN-Lösungen.
Du erfährst, wie moderne Systeme überwacht werden.
Du lernst, Backups einzurichten und die Wiederherstellung relevanter Firmendaten sicherzustellen.
Du entwickelst Kenntnisse in der Konfiguration von Datenbanken
Du dokumentierst technische Prozesse und erstellst Pläne für Server-Architekturen.
Du wirst Experte in der Störungsbehebung und sorgst für die optimale Performance unserer Systeme.

Was wir von dir erwarten

Du hast mindestens einen Realschulabschluss oder einen höheren Abschluss.
Deine Deutschkenntnisse sind sehr gut und du fühlst dich auch auf Englisch sicher.
Du begeisterst dich für IT und hast Spaß am Arbeiten mit Hardware, Betriebssystemen und Software.
Du bringst erste Erfahrungen und Kenntnisse in Netzwerktechnik sowie der Administration, Installation und Konfiguration von Betriebssystemen (Linux, Windows, Apple) mit.
Du hast Freude daran, kreative Lösungen für komplexe Probleme zu finden - je größer die Herausforderung, umso mehr Spaß bereitet dir die Lösung
Du arbeitest strukturiert und sorgfältig.

During your training as an IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d), you will become part of our online server team and gain deep insight into professional IT environments. Your daily tasks

You support the administration of our server landscape (Linux, Windows, MacOS).
You use virtualization technologies and automate installation processes.
You configure and maintain servers, networks, firewalls, and VPN solutions.
You learn how modern systems are monitored.
You learn to set up backups and ensure the restoration of relevant company data.
You develop skills in configuring databases
You document technical processes and create plans for server architectures.
You become an expert in troubleshooting and ensure the optimal performance of our systems.

What we expect from you

You have at least a secondary school diploma or a higher degree.
Your German skills are very good and you also feel confident in English.
You are passionate about IT and enjoy working with hardware, operating systems, and software.
You bring initial experience and knowledge in network technology as well as the administration, installation, and configuration of operating systems (Linux, Windows, Apple).
You enjoy finding creative solutions to complex problems - the greater the challenge, the more fun you have solving it
