As a Scrum Master, Agile Coach or Agility Master (m/f/d), you’ll help us refine these processes, remove obstacles and keep the agile mindset alive within the team. Whether you already have experience or are just starting your journey as an Agile Coach, we’ll give you the support you need to grow.

Your daily tasks

  • Supporting IT Business Managers (Product Owners) and teams in their day-to-day work
  • Ensuring sprints run smoothly by identifying and removing obstacles
  • Organising and facilitating Scrum meetings (e.g. daily stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives)
  • Preparing reports, statistics and release notes
  • Actively promoting team development and self-organisation
  • Ensuring transparency and effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Maintaining documentation in Jira and Confluence
  • Further developing and optimising agile processes

What we expect from you

  • At least 2 years of professional experience as a Scrum Master (m/f/d), Agility Master (m/f/d), Agile Coach (m/f/d), Kanban Coach (m/f/d), IT Project Manager (m/f/d) or in a comparable role
  • A good understanding of software development and agile practices such as Test-Driven Development (TDD), Continuous Integration (CI) and build automation
  • An interest in continuous improvement, agile transformation and modern team culture
  • Very good German and fluent English, both written and spoken
  • You should live near our office in Siegelbach
Nice to have:
  • Scrum Master certification: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
  • Experience as a software developer (m/f/d)
  • Knowledge of Jira and Confluence
